Enter the 6-digit code your DealerClick support agent gave you.

1. After you click Connect, the HelpWire support app downloads.
2. Open the downloaded file and click Grant Access when your agent asks.
3. On a Mac, allow Screen Recording and Accessibility when prompted.

You can end the session at any time from the HelpWire window.
